Events
I started and am still starring as a volunteer at festivals (Divadelná Nitra, Flaam, Grape, FAD...), and following my love for events I have started to organize and collaborate on them.
Currently, I am involved mostly in Vegýna, a community canteen run by students. It provides space for events and gatherings and is open to new ideas, projects, and innovations.
Through Vegýna, Ivana Rovenská and I decided to start a series of tattoo session events, as we both are besides our art practice, tattooing.
My part is the main part of the production (we then collaborate with people to help us with the technical music set up), the visuals and the promo.
The event which we call Vegynka (sometimes seen as Veginka) provides space for multiple tattoo artists to gather, a musical program mainly filled up by the students of FaVU and guests. Thanks to the location, through Vegýna we are not short in catering this whole event, thus providing a whole experience for the visitors and attendees.
